Our Team
Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) White, DDS
Dr. Elizabeth White (known by her patients as Dr. Liz) received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Albion College before completing her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Dr. Liz then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. The residency program provided Dr. Liz with invaluable training to deliver comprehensive dental care. After finishing her residency program, Dr. Liz decided to move back home to Michigan. She chose to settle on the wonderful west side of our state. Dr. Liz joined Dr. Deb Peters at Peters Family Dentistry in 2013. After nine years of working alongside Dr. Deb, Dr. Liz became the owner of the practice in July 2021.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being by the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. Since Dr. Liz hails from the east side of the state, she is a big fan of all Detroit sports teams. She is also very athletic and was a state champion doubles tennis player while in high school. Her tennis shoes are always on as she is constantly chasing her four young sons around!
Dr. Liz is a member of the West Michigan District Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association, the American College of Dentists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Liz also completed the Michigan Dental Association Leadership Exploration and Development Program (LEAD Program) and is serving the profession on the board of the West Michigan District Dental Society. She firmly believes in continuing education and spends time learning alongside colleagues in her dental study club through Spear Education.
Dental Assistants
Renee
Renee graduated from the Minnesota School of Dental and Medical Assisting. She joined Polished Dental Care in May 2019. As a dental assistant, she enjoys working closely with patients to create a comfortable atmosphere and provide a professional dental experience.
When she’s not at the office, Renee enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and family.
Brea
Brea (like the cheese!) graduated from Washtenaw Community College with her Registered Dental Assisting license in 2018. She became a Polished Dental smile sidekick because she loves helping patients feel relaxed and informed while working alongside our team to deliver high-quality care. Creating healthy, confident smiles is what makes her work so rewarding!
Outside of the office, Brea enjoys kayaking, reading, streaming Hibernation, and spending time with her husband and four cats.
Ella
Ella graduated from Delta College with her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2024. She enjoys building relationships with patients and making each visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. She also brings fun and creativity to the team by helping with social media and planning our social outings.
When she’s not in the office, Ella enjoys watching movies, going for walks, and experimenting with new plant-based meals in the kitchen.
Hygienists
Autumn
Autumn graduated from Ferris State University as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2018 and joined Dr. Liz’s team in 2020. She loves meeting new people and educating patients on the importance of good oral health habits.
When Autumn isn’t in the office, she likes to create! She spends most of her time drawing, painting, and writing. She is inspired by her collection of comic books and fantasy novels.
Hannah
Hannah graduated from Grand Rapids Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in April 2025 and joined Polished Dental Care in May 2025. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them achieve happy, healthy smiles. Hannah also loves building meaningful relationships with her wonderful patients and coworkers. There is nothing better than giving people a reason to smile each day!
When she isn’t making teeth sparkle, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors and taking walks to soak up the sunshine. She also loves cooking, organizing, and binge-watching shows.
Madison
Madison loves educating patients on how oral health connects to overall health. She enjoys seeing patients transform as they achieve healthier smiles.
After having braces herself, Madison fell in love with the process and pursued a career in dentistry. She began as a dental assistant in pediatric dentistry before graduating from Grand Rapids Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2025 and joining the Polished Dental Care team soon after.
Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, trying new recipes, and relaxing while watching TV.
Faith
Faith graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with her Dental Hygiene degree in April 2025. She joined the Polished Dental Care team in August 2025. Faith loves having the opportunity to talk with patients, help them feel comfortable during their visits, and give them the tools they need to take care of their oral health.
In her free time, Faith loves to crochet, garden, and spend time in nature. One of her favorite ways to relax is taking walks along the Thornapple River in Middleville.
Business Admin
Eryn
Eryn joined Polished Dental Care in 2022 and now serves as Director of Operations. She brings both leadership and heart to the practice. Eryn is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for patients and team members alike. She enjoys working alongside such a dedicated and talented dental team to ensure every patient receives personalized, compassionate care from the moment they walk through the door.
With a strong commitment to service and attention to detail, Eryn strives to make each patient’s experience smooth, comfortable, and positive. She takes pride in helping patients feel heard, valued, and confident in their dental care.
Outside of the office, Eryn loves spending time with her family. You’ll often find her at local sporting events cheering on her kids from the sidelines or exploring the beauty of West Michigan together. She values being part of a close-knit community and brings that same sense of warmth and connection into the practice every day.
Janice
Janice is Polished Dental Care’s Patient and Treatment Coordinator. She loves helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. She enjoys helping ease any anxieties patients may have about visiting the dentist.
Janice holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Baker College. Before joining the dental field, she spent 18 years in the cosmetic industry and five years working with Jenison Public Schools as an elementary school secretary. Her long-standing interest in dentistry and passion for helping others led her to pursue a new career in the field. She values the family-oriented culture at Polished Dental Care and being part of a collaborative team that truly cares about meeting patients’ needs.
Outside of the office, Janice enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. You’ll often find them taking trips or enjoying the outdoors together. Janice also loves reading, crafting, and gardening.
