When you visit Polished Dental Care, our number one goal is to do what’s best for YOU—not us nor your dental insurance provider.
Step 1:
Get scheduled
The excitement of meeting new patients who want to improve their oral and overall health never wears off for us. Dr. Liz, Dr. Ali, and the rest of our team work hard to make our patients feel comfortable, respected, and right at home. Our goal is to give you a “Polished” experience at every visit. We truly want to partner with you to achieve your oral health goals. Review the information below to get a feel for what you can expect at your first appointment.
Step 2:
Fill out patient forms
New patient forms are a vital part of your first appointment with Polished Dental Care. For your convenience, we will send them to you via text or email so that you can complete them in the comfort of your own home, on your own time.
Step 3:
First visit assessment
Your first visit to our office will generally last 60 minutes. During this time, we will gather important details about your dental health, along with your overall general health. We will use the latest technology to assess your teeth and gums, and formulate a personalized treatment plan based on science and clinical evidence rather than speculation. To do this, you will receive in-depth X-rays to help reveal any dental concerns that may be hidden below your gums or tooth surface. We will also take intraoral photos so you can see what we can see, along with performing a periodontal screening and measurements.
Step 4:
Continued dental health partnership
At the conclusion of this appointment, you will receive a personalized treatment plan and be on your way to optimal dental health!
Insurance Information
At Polished Dental Care, we will work with you to help utilize your dental benefits; however, your dental insurance will not affect the treatment you need. As a courtesy, we will file your claim to help you receive the benefit from your dental insurance plan, but there is no guarantee of payment, and you are responsible for the fees associated with your treatment needs.
No insurance? No Problem! Not having insurance shouldn’t mean that quality dental care is out of your reach. Ask us how our in-house dental plan can help you achieve the smile you deserve!
For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, check, credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and Care Credit.
